This fellowship is guided by the principled work of organizers, practitioners and dreamers.

Our 18-month learning arc will center the theme of self-determination which is named by the Climate Justice Alliance as “one of the greatest tools to realize the world we need.”

We will explore how to liberate the self and determine our futures through a two-phase program that will encompass:

Our work is grounded in uncovering and exploring our rest practices and gathering to dream as a collective.Instead of moving goals and projects forward, we are here to experiment with stillness and community, gathering bimonthly to reflect on the ways we can self-determine our future.

“To liberate the soil and to liberate our souls we must decolonize our imaginations, remember our way forward and divorce ourselves from the comforts of empire. We must trust that deep in our cultures and ancestries is the diverse wisdom we need to navigate our way towards a world where we live in just relationships with each other and with the earth.”
